My approach to nutritional therapy is that food is a powerful way to alleviate health issues but may need to be supported by other therapies.
Most people present a myriad health issues that can take months to rebalance. I work with you to discover the issues which are your priority and help you to overcome them in a way that is comfortable for you. This may mean a gradual change of lifestyle or adopting a new approach overnight or, most likely, a combination of the two. Patience is required since healing can take weeks or months and take dedication and determination on your part. I am here to support you in your healing journey.
Weight management is a long term process. Eating habits are formed over a lifetime and can be difficult to break. The desire to manage weight must come from the client and I never dictate a regime, simply provide information and advice and then enable the client to make their own decisions.
